Q. I've registered, how do I make a booking?
A. Please ensure you have added your pet and uploaded a copy of his/her current vaccinations. We will contact you to arrange your first session, after this you will be able to manage your bookings online.
Q. My vet isn't on the list.
A. Select unknown vet and we will update this during your first visit.
Q. Why can't I enter my dogs vaccinations?
A. We manually enter all vaccinations to ensure we have the correct details recorded. You can upload copies or arrange for your vet to email them directly to us.
Q. I have registered but can't make a booking.
A. All dogs attending, need to be booked in and pass a temperament test prior to using the booking system.
Q. Error - Your current vaccinations have expired
A. You will not be able to make bookings unless we have seen copies of your dogs current vaccinations.
Q. How do I arrange a temperament test?
Q. I work during the week and it's difficult to arrange the temperament test, can you help?
